Administrative Assistant

Premier Business management is looking to hire a full time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. 

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is preferred  

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tasks is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
