We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Station Coordinator at our Plainville location. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing essential automotive services and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Performing a range of basic automotive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: tire replacements, tire repairs, oil changes, and other minor vehicle upkeep.
• Delivering stellar customer service with a positive and helpful attitude, both in person and over the phone.
• Driving sales of key products such as tires, batteries, and lubricants.
• Utilizing basic computer skills for tasks related to sales and service records.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the service station.

• Proven experience in automotive repairs and maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including some Saturdays.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively.
