We are seeking customer-oriented candidates to:
- Receive calls, chats, and emails from customers and assist them with product and service questions and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve product and service issues for customers
- Assist sales associates with service and account issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure continued customer satisfaction
- Maintain a proficient knowledge of products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- One year of customer service, call center experience, or equivalent work experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
