Pay: $64,218 salary | Incentive Pay | $325 sign-on bonus
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (+ >3 hours outside normal business hours per week | flex time; 40 hours / week total)

What You’ll Do:
· Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions throughout your day.
· Conduct intake assessments.
· Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
· Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards.
· Participate in regular clinical supervision to receive feedback and enhance your skills.
· Attend team meetings to stay connected and contribute to shared client care strategies.
· Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:
· Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
· Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following:
o Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Master Level Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist
o Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker
o Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Mental Health Training track (or equivalent experience)
o Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist
· Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements (if using Center vehicle)
· Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment drug screening
