My name is Jaden Richardson, I am a Fort Hays State Tiger Alum from Ness City, Kansas. I started at Bank of Hays as a teller in April of 2017 while I was going to school. I graduated in May of 2018 with a degree in Finance (Banking) and a degree in Accounting. After graduation I was promoted to a Credit Analyst with Bank of Hays before being promoted to a Commercial Loan Officer in January of 2021. Outside the bank I have many hobbies. I am the current President of the Hays Bowling Association and am an avid golfer and own a BBQ catering company. In the community I am actively involved in Care Council, United Way, and Relay for Life and am always looking for more things to be involved in. I am passionate about giving back to this community, as it has given so much to me in my time here. Coming from little Ness City, Hays has accepted me and it has felt like home since the moment I got here.
