Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will:
  • Lead and Inspire: Support and coach a team of Supported Employment Specialists as they help clients reach their employment goals.
  • Be in the Field: Join team members on visits with clients to homes, job sites, and interviews—showing them what strong, compassionate support looks like.
  • Build Community Connections: Cultivate relationships with employers and community partners to create job opportunities and expand our network.
  • Keep the Program Thriving: Oversee referrals, documentation, and team schedules while ensuring fidelity to the evidence-based IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model.
  • Collaborate for Holistic Care: Work closely with clinicians and Case Managers to ensure employment support is aligned with each individual’s recovery journey.

What You Bring:
  • Experience counts! We accept equivalent work experience in human services (teaching, daycare, CNA, etc.) or a BA/BS degree. One year of related work = one year of college.
  • 2+ years of related experience is preferred.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • A passion for supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • Willingness to transport clients when needed.
