As our Human Resources Clerk, you’ll be a key part of our high-impact HR team, gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle:
- Recruitment: Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and assist with reference and background checks
- Onboarding: Help welcome new employees through orientation setup, paperwork, and scheduling
- Recordkeeping: Maintain digital and paper employee files, track licensure renewals, and credentialing info
- HR Support: Answer phone calls, manage office supplies, and assist with daily operations
- Compliance & Coordination: Help ensure accurate timekeeping data, coordinate drug screens, and support policy updates
- Technology & Learning: Use and learn key HR systems, software tools, and tech platforms used across the field
- Confidentiality & Communication: Handle sensitive information professionally and interact with staff across the organization with integrity and care
- High school diploma required; additional HR or administrative experience is a big plus
- A genuine interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic office practices
- Detail-oriented, organized, and great at multitasking
- Comfortable using technology (computers, scanners, telephones, HR software, etc.)
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with others
- Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude
